Play Your Brain
You can purchase the book ‘Play Your Brain’ here. I wrote it as an international expansion of Kjeld Fredens’ and my Danish book ‘Coach dig selv – og få hjernen med til en forandring’ (“Coach Yourself – and Get Your Brain on Board for a Change”).
It was published in 2011 by Marshall Cavendish in Singapore and has been translated into both Chinese and Russian. In 2016, Reframe Publishing acquired the rights to the printed edition.
Readers have called ‘Play Your Brain’ a pioneering work in applied neuroscience, with many sharing how the book’s content has revolutionized their lives.
